## Policies (commonly asked)

- **Cancellation**: free cancellation or reschedule with 24+ hours notice; less than 24 hours forfeits the lesson fee.
- **Refund**: unused lessons in a multi-lesson package are refunded at the pro-rated single-lesson rate minus a $50 admin fee.
- **Payment**: e-Transfer and cash accepted. 10-Class Package is paid up front; individual classes can be paid per lesson.
- **Age**: BC's minimum age for a Class 7 Learner's Licence is 16. Lessons available to any licensed driver 16+.
- **Pickup**: free across all Abbotsford neighbourhoods (Clearbrook, Aberdeen, McMillan, Mt. Lehman, Sumas Mountain, Townline, etc.).
